Paul Gallovich

Paul Gallovich

Technology Advisor / Cybersecurity Investigator

With over 30 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, Paul Gallovich is a seasoned IT professional who has built, secured, and managed critical infrastructure for several government agencies, school districts, and law enforcement organizations across Southern California.

Paul currently serves as a Network and Cybersecurity Analyst for a large school district, where he oversees server infrastructure, security operations, and incident response. His career spans roles as a SOC Analyst, Systems & Network Engineer, and Information Systems Supervisor — including a combined 21 years with two law enforcement agencies, where he managed technology systems and served as the FBI/DOJ liaison for criminal justice information security compliance.

A full-stack developer proficient in modern technologies, Paul combines deep security expertise with hands-on software development skills. He has spent five years building AI and automation systems and two decades designing databases and developing websites across multiple industries.

Paul is deeply committed to public safety, community service, and national security. He serves as a Sector Chief for the FBI InfraGard Program, Vice Chair of InfraGard's Blockchain group and Cybersecurity Research Group, and participates in ongoing national security training.
